Waterway Debris Report Submission

Taking care of Arkansas’s navigable waterways is extremely important to the well being of the state. Are you aware of an issue affecting our navigable waterways? Through this website, you may submit a navigable waterways debris report to the Commissioner of State Lands.

Upon discovery of debris located in a navigable stream, river, or lake, an individual may notify the Commissioner’s office by completing a Waterway Debris Report by clicking the link below. The Commissioner’s office will then review the report and act according to the circumstances found. In addition, the Commissioner reserves the right at his or her discretion to remove debris from a navigable waterway without receiving any notification or submission of a report.
